It is also possible to work with solvent-based paints and varnishes?

The system is only suitable for water-soluble paints and varnishes.

How much splitting agent is required?

One supplied scoop is required per 25 l of dirty water.

Are the systems mobile?

ColourClean Types 50 and 100 are flexible and can be moved on wheels.
Only ColourClean Type 150 is fixed.

Is a fixed water connection required?

There is no need for a fixed water connection. Once the system has been filled, it is fully functional.

Is a water drain required?

Only for complete emptying (via floor drain with Ø 50 cm). No water has to be drained in normal operation.

ColourClean® basic solutions – the affordable alternatives

ColourClean® complete washing station

The basic performance does not require the addition of chemical splitting agent and is therefore even more environmentally friendly. The cleaning process is carried out solely by natural deposition of the paint particles (sedimentation principle). The system is also saves a lot of space. Fresh water is required.

ColourClean® settling tank

As with the complete washing station, no chemical splitting agent is required. The settling tank is also based on the sedimentation principle. Fresh water is required. Included with the delivery are sludge lifters and lids. Available with water volumes of 160l or 200l.
