A component for everyday tough industrial usage
The product shown here is a covering hood for painting robots. The requirements for this extend far beyond those of visual cladding. To withstand the hard work, dielectric strength must be ensured, for example. As high voltage is used in the cabin, a continuous residual wall thickness of 8 mm is required for protection. The material used must also be solvent-resistant in order to ensure problem-free cleaning.
We made this happen based on the CAD data supplied by the customer. Significant attention was paid to creating a design that adapts harmoniously to the electrical interior, ensuring an attractive look. Final processing and equipment – as always, in tried and trusted Hopf manufacturing quality.
