Transport trays – cost-effective and sustainable

We manufactured this transport tray for solenoid valves for one of our long-standing customers. The most important requirements for the product: Manufacturing in large quantities, absolute dimensional accuracy and the most cost-effective production possible. Here we rely on our more cost-effective regenerated material made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). Thanks to a special recycling process, we can reuse our sorted plastic waste as a material – and at the same time protect the environment. For further cost savings, we also dispensed with post-processing and only carried out punching operations.

We made this happen based on the CAD data supplied by the customer. Application-oriented solutions from Hopf – cost-effective and sustainable.
